WE LIVE IN OUR OWN INTERNATIONAL VILLAGE

We are starting to meet more people around here, and they all seem really friendly. I already mentioned Biede, who lives below us with her boyfriend. Steve and his wife Geirdre live next to Biede. Have yet to meet the folks next door on the upper floor, but I’m sure it won’t be long before we ambush them. The neat thing about our little block of students is that we come from all over the place – us (Canada), Steve (United States), Geirdre (Lithuania), Biede (Germany/Belgium) and Sultan (Pakistan). The unknown neighbours have a lot to live up to: they had better be from somewhere interesting as well!
